A group of design school students and persons with disabilities in Shibuya City are producing unique fonts and graphic patterns. Shibuya Font, a creative project initiated by Kuwasawa Design School and Shibuya City, utilizes public spaces to promote diversity and inclusion. Letters, numbers and illustrations designed by disabled people are brightening up the City Hall. They are also used in souvenirs such as T-shirts, with profits go to projects that further empower them.
